This is a family-friendly community with quiet hours strictly enforced.

  • No parties, events, or large gatherings permitted.
  • Primary renter must be 25+ unless approved by the host.
  • Pet Policy: Up to two non-shedding dogs, 45 lbs and under. One-time pet fee per dog:  $200
  • Bikes and beach gear are provided for guest use at guest’s own risk.
  • One community pool is heated seasonally during cooler months.
  • Community rules apply for pool and beach access.
  • Smoke-free property (including porches).
  • Starter essentials are provided; guests supply additional items as needed.
  • Rental Agreement must be signed
  • $500 Security Deposit Hold will be held 2 days prior to check in and released 7 days after check-out
  • Copy of valid ID of renter must be provided
  • No renters under 25
  • Unless otherwise pre-approved, guests who stay past our check-out time will result in $100 per hour charge to CC on file
  • Pets must be pre-approved by owner and the guest must pay the $200 pet fee per dog
