Check-in time is 4 pm. You will receive a Welcome email two days prior to your arrival date with all the access codes and check-in information. Upon check-in, if there's anything not as you expect, or not working, please do let us know ASAP. You can text or call (205) 862-9024. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in, so please contact us if you plan to arrive early and we'll do our best to accommodate you (we can’t promise, unfortunately).

Yes. The home includes an outdoor propane grill. We check the tank before each arrival to ensure it has sufficient gas.

The private Summer’s Edge beach entrance is located across the street and just to the right of the house.
Guests will follow the path from the entrance and use their key fob to open the gated access that leads straight to the beach.

Yes—there are two community pools available:

Pool 1
Located at the end of S Ryan Street, just steps from the house.

Pool 2 (Heated)
Located one street over on Chelsea Loop; heated during the cooler months.

•    Bikes and beach gear are provided for guest use at guest’s own risk.
•    There are two community pools.  One is heated during the cooler months.

If unexpected plans arise, we’re always happy to try to help you shift your stay to alternate dates when possible. Any rescheduled stay must occur within three months, is subject to availability, and will adjust to the current published rental rate.
