Yes! After you book with us, you'll get access to our exclusive digital guidebook. It’s easy to download to your phone and includes everything you need—property details, access codes, neighborhood insights, top local restaurants, fun activities, grocery store options, and everything you’ll want to know about 30A.

Check-in time is 4 pm. You will receive a Welcome email two days prior to your arrival date with all the access codes and check-in information. Upon check-in, if there's anything not as you expect, or not working, please do let us know ASAP. You can text or call (205) 862-9024. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in, so please contact us if you plan to arrive early and we'll do our best to accommodate you (we can’t promise, unfortunately).
The home is family-friendly and all on one level (just three steps at the entrance).

We welcome up to two non-shedding dogs, 45 lbs or under, with a $200 per-dog pet fee. Unfortunately, we cannot allow cats due to severe owner allergies.

We offer a selection of beach essentials, including:
• Backpack beach chairs
• Umbrella
• Beach cart
• Boogie boards
• Beach toys
• Backpack cooler
Two options are available for outdoor cooking:
• Propane Grill – Checked before arrival and includes a backup tank.
• Charcoal Grill – Available for use; guests must bring charcoal and lighter fluid.
Patina Private Beach Access
At the end of Patina Blvd, use the crosswalk across Highway 30A to reach the private boardwalk. A beach access code will be provided before your stay.
Chair & Umbrella Rentals: Available at the gated entrance or can be reserved in advance through Shawn’s Beach Services.
Seabreeze Public Access
Located a 5-minute walk west of Patina Blvd. Great for guests bringing their own beach gear. Additional rentals also available.
The community pool is located one block away and is heated during cooler months.
